Mrs. Nuri’s garage door opener stopped responding to commands from her remote control handset and smartphone. The wall console controls still worked, but that only helps with getting your car out and not in.
We tried to sync another remote control handset to the opener, and were unable. With the wall console still working just fine, this was a sure sign of an antenna hardware malfunction. As soon as Mrs. Nuri’s opener got our new antenna installed, it responded to both handsets and her smartphone without issue.
